Hi, I’m Amber – yoga guide, chair yoga advocate, devoted mama, and living proof of the healing power of movement.

From the time I was a little girl, movement was my language. As an elite figure skater training for the Olympics, I poured my soul into the art of movement. But at just 16, a serious back injury ended my skating career—and my world as I knew it came crashing down.

That loss set me on a life-long journey of healing, self-discovery, and ultimately transformation. Yoga became my lifeline—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Over the next 15 years, I deepened my practice, exploring the eight limbs of yoga not just on the mat, but in every area of life. Yoga didn’t just heal my body—it helped me reconnect to myself when I felt lost and uncertain. It became a sanctuary, a mirror, and a guide.

In 2018, everything shifted again. I felt the call to step fully into a life aligned with purpose. After a decade in the corporate world—and four years of deep spiritual transformation through meditation—I made a leap of faith. I left my job, followed my heart, and became a certified yoga teacher. It was bold, terrifying, and the most freeing decision I’ve ever made.

Motherhood arrived alongside this rebirth, deepening my connection to the power of presence and compassion. A spontaneous move from Canada to Australia soon followed—and what was meant to be a visit turned into a permanent new chapter guided by the universe.

Since 2020, I’ve been sharing yoga in my local community in Temora, NSW. In 2023, I introduced Chair Yoga—and it took off. Within four months, I went from 20 to over 60 students, and the heartfelt testimonials keep pouring in. The impact has been profound—for them, and for me.

Chair yoga has reminded me that movement is for every body. That healing is always possible. And that it’s never too late to reconnect with your strength, vitality, and joy.

Now, I’m expanding this mission online—to bring these practices to more people, more homes, and more hearts around the world. If you’re ready to feel better in your body, clearer in your mind, and more grounded in your life, I’m here to guide you.
